Warehouse Administrative Assistant

• Key in data and update inventory in the system.
• Prepare documents like DO, invoice, pick list, and packing list.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing stock.
• Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and customers about deliveries.
• Help with stock count and check stock accuracy.
• Keep all warehouse documents organized.
• Support warehouse team when needed.
