About You
The Service Consultant is responsible for identifying Body & Paint issues during vehicle check-in at ASC / EC, gathering vehicle condition information through Pre-Inspection, and drafting repair orders. You will communicate with relevant departments to understand repair costs and timeframes.
Your Day-to-Day
- Review inspection reports and consult with the Body & Paint technical team.
- Comment on issues and symptoms to better understand vehicle problems.
- Perform Pre-Inspections to identify the root cause of problems.
- Calculate and provide customers with estimates for repairs.
- Explain repair processes to related parties, setting expectations for repair timelines.
- Record vehicle information accurately in the database.
Your Know-How
A tertiary qualification or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in the After Sales division.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Advanced computer literacy skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Independent, dynamic, and with integrity.Organized, patient, and professional work etiquette.Automotive Engineering related course preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
