Role Summary
As a Partnerships Manager, you will manage all assigned relationships and marketing activities for the Channel and Partnerships unit, focusing on card issuer and BNPL partners. Your KPIs include growing partner volume, especially Pay Later volume, securing marketing funding, and meeting revenue targets outlined in the Annual Operating Plan.
Responsibilities
- Handle assigned tasks and responsibilities diligently and accurately
- End‑to‑end management of partner relationships, including merchant onboarding, weekly performance tracking, billing management, and analysis
- Strategize and grow partner volume through marketing campaigns and value‑added services
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the Partnerships unit
- Provide campaign performance updates and conduct post‑mortem analysis
- Assist with and execute strategic projects identified by the Partnerships unit
- Conduct periodic or ad‑hoc analysis to derive insights and identify opportunities for incremental growth
Qualifications
At least 4 years of relevant experience in business development and partnerships, preferably in e‑commerce or fintechExperience designing and running marketing campaigns (not required to be a specialist)Strong client‑facing skills and interpersonal communicationAbility to negotiate and sell to corporate clientsFundamental data analysis skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and presentationStrong project management skills and attention to detailWhat We Value
