Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage our full set of accounts and support our financial health and decision-making processes. This role requires hands‑on experience with accounting software (especially QuickBooks), strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Full Set of Accounts

Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Proficient in using QuickBooks for daily financial operations, data entry, and generating reports.

Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during annual audits and tax submissions.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

Ensure all financial documents are securely filed and easily retrievable.
