Grand Markets is seeking for Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with inquiries via online chat email.
• Maintain customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ready at all times to support sales staff with their questions and needs.
• Handle customer complaints and work with technical and operations teams to resolve them.
• Guide customers to follow company policies and platform rules.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by providing consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications & Experience :

✅ Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.

✅ Candidates with experience in the CFD industry will be prioritized.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Multilingual candidates are preferred.

✅ Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

✅ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
