On-Site Supervisor

dedicated Site Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at our construstruction sites. You will ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and meet quality standards while coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and project manager. While experience is preferred, you don’t need tons of experience - what matters most is your willingness to learn, work hard, and keep things running smoothly and safely. Most importantly, we value someone who can communicate clearly and work well with the team! Responsibilities : Supervise site activities and ensure all work complies with project plans and specifications. Coordinate daily tasks and workflow with subcontractors and workers to meet deadlines. Monitor attendance, material usage, and site progress; maintain accurate records. Identify and report issues, delays, or changes
