People Support Intern (6 Months)

What you'll do :

⭐ Organise documentations in Notion and other relevant platforms for accessibility, which includes content updates following new project and incentive launches.

⭐ Monitor and perform data entry in HRIS to ensure accuracy and kept as an in-the-moment source of truth.

⭐ Schedule and coordinate meetings and training sessions as and when required.

⭐ Provide support for projects that require maintenance of data and system.

⭐ Support with ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Who you are :

⭐ Proficiency in data analytics with a demonstrated ability to interpret data effectively.

⭐ Preferably experienced in working with HRIS platforms to manage employee data and workflow.

⭐ Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar softwares.

⭐ Relevant certifications or studies within Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields would be advantageous but not mandatory.
