Our focus is on developing ETL solutions using IBM DataStage and QualityStage to connect multiple datasets across the DHL Express ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support IBM DataStage, including the CLI and Linux backend.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, naming conventions, and documentation templates for DataStage solutions.
• Guide teams to achieve compliance with new standards, attend gate reviews, and provide documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Act as the single point of contact for DataStage platform architecture and consult on requirements and solutions.
• Produce clear architectural diagrams, SAS, and security and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Implement agentic AI and automation to improve deployment flows, testing, troubleshooting, and communications.
