Management Trainee

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, managing inventory, coordinating carriers, resolving issues, analysing data to design solutions, and implementing projects, all while developing leadership and analytical skills to prepare for future management positions.

• Job Rotation : Work in various departments, including warehouse operations, transportation, project implementation, and data analysis.
• Warehouse Operations : Manage daily operations, oversee deliveries, handle customer requirements, manage inventory.
• Transport Operations : Manage delivery services, monitor proof-of-deliveries, and select carriers for shipping routes and rates.
• Data Analysis & Solution Design : Analyze logistics data, identify areas for improvement, develop costing models, and negotiate with vendors for supplies and services.
• General Support : Assist managers with daily tasks, document processes, and help implement new policies and employee training.
