Penerangan pekerjaanCompile and submit utility consumption and payment reports accurately and on schedule. Monitor and track utility expenses for reporting and budgeting purposes. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the superior. Minimum Requirement : Experience in accounts or billing-related work. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting practices.
Overview
Handle and process utility bills for Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).
Ensure timely payment of utility bills to avoid service interruptions.
Documentation & Communication
- Prepare memos, letters, and other administrative correspondence as required.
- Maintain proper records and filing systems for all utility-related and administrative documents.
