The Company is authorized and licensed by the Ministry of Home Affairs to provide private agent services to the public.

Job Description

As the Operations - Senior Manager of KOP Security & Agency Sdn Bhd you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, strategic direction and growth. Your role will involve working closely with the General Manager of KOP Security Agency Sdn Bhd and their key stakeholders, including the Koperasi Polis Diraja Malaysia, KOP Mantap Berhad leadership and government officials to ensure the company\u2019s mission aligns with national security objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the company\u2019s strategic plans, in alignment with the overall goals and vision of KOP Security & Agency Sdn Bhd. Set long-term objectives and guide the organization towards their achievement.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with KPDRM leadership, KMB Management Team, government agencies and other key stakeholders. Collaborate on security initiatives, provide updates on company activities and ensure alignment with national security priorities.
• Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including personnel management, financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation. Ensure efficient and effective use of company resources to achieve operational goals.
• Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security and defense sector, both within Malaysia and internationally. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to expand the company\u2019s reach and impact, while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management : Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities. Stay updated on emerging security challenges and technologies, and ensure the company is well-prepared to address them.
• Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership to the organization, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and accountability. Build and develop a high-performing team, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Compliance and Ethics : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Uphold the highest ethical standards throughout the organization and promote a culture of integrity and transparency.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company\u2019s progress and success. Regularly report on company performance to the board of directors, KMB, KPDRM and other relevant stakeholders.
