Overview

YMG GROUP Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is hiring a Visa Counsellor. Salary : MYR3,500 - MYR4,000 per month.

Responsibilities

  • To coordinate submission of new visa applications, renewals, extensions, endorsements, and other immigration-related matters to the relevant department.
  • Work closely with the Operations team, including visa endorsement, visits to banks, clinics, and government offices.
  • Attend to prospects in one-to-one consultations, either online or offline, in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Support Marketing team during non-peak periods.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external parties to assist enquiries and stay informed with announcements and current events regarding relevant program information.
  • Liaise and build relationships with partners on behalf of the business.
  • Ensure all customer records and accounts are maintained in good order and in an organized manner to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate daily operations with internal or external parties to meet targets.
  • Perform company assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required.
  • Preferably able to read and speak Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

  • Preferably able to read and speak Mandarin and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service position is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
  • More than 2 years of experience in either customer service, banking, or visa-related industry is an advantage.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English are preferred as the role requires dealing with our target audience who will be mainly from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Own transport to travel to different locations.
  • Efficiency in the administration of documents is required.
  • Good use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Sufficient technical knowledge in online and offline applications for video and social marketing.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong integrity, commitment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to perform company assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required.
