Daily Operation Checks

Co-ordination on equipment servicing.

Checking and monitoring the communication status of FMCS equipment.

To tabulate daily outstanding alarm to PF operation and maintenance team.

Co-ordination on equipment servicing.

To check and update graphics where applicable.

Check, monitor and report alarm history.

Rectify abnormal / fault conditions, out of specification conditions and follow up action reporting.

Inspect the file of trend logs and cumulative reports.

Data Extraction and Report

Monthly cumulative report for minutely data logging

Monthly cumulative report for hourly data logging.

Weekly extract alarm history for SPC.

Preventive maintenance and breakdown support

Field Device Sensor and FMCS equipment.

Checking and monitoring the communication connectivity.

Regular update resources and monitoring points of each PLC. (Weekly).

Update termination list. (Weekly).

Complete overall visual inspection to be sure all equipment is operating and that safety systems are in place.

Program and backup all alarms and trend log files. (Weekly).

To reboot PCs and PLC when necessary.

Breakdown Call – Response Time within 2 hours.

Regular check-up, update and backup databases of Siemens PCS7 and WinCC.

Clean panel, and checking connection.

PLC and SCADA skills required.

Project support (work together with IFM on additional instrumentation and automation)
