Job Description & Summary
A career within Tax services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever-changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
Our team helps our clients identify and reduce tax risks, meet compliance obligations, implement tax strategies that complement business and operational objectives, resolve disagreements with tax authorities, and manage tax accounting and reporting issues. You’ll be engaged in projects dealing with international tax, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax accounting, regulatory processes, tax reporting and strategy.
Key accountabilities
- Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing tax returns to help clients meet their tax obligations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Support the development of detailed project plans, focusing on timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Participate in identifying project risks and issues, providing input for their resolution.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Help in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Contribute to tracking project progress against established timelines and milestones.
- Engage in collecting client feedback to incorporate into project execution and enhance client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Liaise with staff across various levels and with user communities.
- Uphold PwC's code of ethics and business conduct.

Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.1 year of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a Shared Service Centre or Business Process Outsourcing environment.Strong communication and analytical skills.Ability to work as part of a team, with good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Eagerness to learn and develop new skills alongside team members.Results-driven with a willingness to embrace an agile mindset.Proficiency in verbal and written English.Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).Experience participating in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and stand-ups.Exposure to project management concepts and methodologies.Any relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) would be a plus.Required Skills
