Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring shiftly yield by machine.
• Process control check points ( First Article, SPC, golden unit testing).
• Optimize machine setting. Machine buyoff.
• Reject verification and disposition.
• Run engineering evaluation / DOE.
• Train trainer / operator on new process or new procedure.
• To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
• To maintain and qualify equipment, tools / fixtures for production used.
• Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment / tools / fixtures.
• To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
• Responsible for the overall product yields.
• Responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
• Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.
• Responsible for the product documentation (eg. Product specification, etc.).
• Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
