Senior System Analyst (Senior Executive)

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in system analysis or related roles. Proven experience in managing project activities . Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting (mandatory). Experience with BI Reporting Tools and System Integration is essential. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates). Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Position : Senior System Analyst (Senior Executive)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with users to understand business processes and gather system requirements.
- Analyze system requirements, identify change impacts, and propose effective solutions.
- Provide system support to business users, particularly for BI Reporting and System Integration activities.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Requirement Specifications and Functional Specifications .
- Conduct system training and offer guidance to end users to ensure smooth adoption.
