Responsible for the end-to-end operations and performance optimization of Shopee, Lazada & TIKTOK. The role involves daily operations, campaign execution, performance analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Deeply involved in executing growth strategies, optimizing marketplace presence, and driving regional success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage product listings : images, descriptions, SKUs, prices, etc. Monitor listing performance and continuously optimize for visibility and conversions.
- Manage store visuals : homepage banners, campaign visuals, landing pages. Implement and manage vouchers, promotions, and platform campaign deals.
- Planning mechanics (e.g., GWP, bundles, upsells, discount tiers). Coordinate with platform KAMs to secure campaign slots and support.
- Analyze sales performance : GMV, CVR, AOV, traffic, etc. Identify top-selling SKUs and address underperforming ones. Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make necessary adjustments.
- Review competitor listings, ads, and campaign strategies. Benchmark best practices and bring new ideas to enhance. Identify category trends and whitespace opportunities for growth.
