What is a "Mystery Shopper"?

As the name suggests, a mystery shopper is an everyday consumer who visits a store and experiences its services without revealing their identity. After the visit, they submit a survey about their experience.

Your survey responses will be analyzed by brands, stores, and staff to enhance their services. You will also receive compensation, typically ranging from MYR 30 to MYR 330 per survey, depending on the assignment's requirements (e.g., visit duration, survey complexity, etc.).

To gather diverse and in-depth consumer insights, we are looking for individuals from all walks of life to join our mystery shopping program. We warmly invite you to participate and make a meaningful contribution.

You can schedule your visits and survey submissions within the designated period.

Compensation typically ranges from MYR 30 to MYR 330 per survey, depending on the assignment details.

Our clients span various industries including retail, restaurants, department stores, luxury brands, and car dealerships. Many assignments involve well-known everyday brands, so you can contribute to service improvement for brands you already love.
