Epic Collective is seeking a PARC Rangers
You will report to the PARC Manager. You will be part of the Management Office to work on administrative duties, daily operations and assist in on-going events. You will also be community-facing representing PARC. This role requires you to be physically present at PARC, the community hub in Taman Subang Ria.

Day-to-day OperationsOpening and closing
Infodesk manningAdministrative dutiesDaily reporting to management teamAssist in maintaining records, including defects tracking, building inspections, event attendance, feedback, and logistical details.Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.Event Management and OperationsLiaison and Interface
Assist in bookings managementAssist with event logistics and coordinationSupervise & execute in-house programmes and eventsReporting status and event progress to management teamCommunity EngagementActively engaging with residents and surrounding community to create a participative environment
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management teamQualifications
Residents of Subang are highly encouragedSociable and has good communication skillsPhysically fit and energeticBasic grasp on social media graphic design, photography and videographySpeaks English fluentlySpeaking other Malaysian languages and experience working with events and / or property management is an advantageWork Schedule
Shift-based schedule, shifts may vary on frequency of eventsShifts may occur over weekends and public holidaysA minimum of 10 hours per week, with each shift being 5-7 hours.Shifts are in-person, physically stationed at PARCPayment Rate
Standard rate is Ringgit Malaysia ten (RM10.00) per hour.The rate on public holiday as gazetted by the Government of Malaysia or the State Government of Selangor Darul Ehsan, then the Fee shall be adjusted to a rate of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00) per hour.#J-18808-Ljbffr
