In a Nutshell

We’re looking for a resourceful and hands-on Creative Sourcing & Production Specialist to support our campaign and activation projects. You’ll be the bridge between ideas and execution — sourcing the right items, managing vendors, ensuring quality, and advising internal teams and clients on production feasibility and costs.

What you'll do

• Source and manage a reliable network of local and regional vendors and suppliers.
• Find creative, cost-effective items and materials for campaigns, PR kits, and events.
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with suppliers.
• Advise project managers and clients on material options, feasibility, and production timelines during planning phases.
• Recommend smart alternatives when designs or ideas require adjustments for cost, time, or practicality.
• Coordinate samples logistics and perform basic quality checks.
• Track and manage multiple sourcing / production timelines to align with campaign rollout schedules.
