Procurement Executive

We are representing our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Pulau Indah, Klang . As our client is expanding, they are looking for Procurement Executive to join their team.

Job Description :

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials needed for production, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Support in tracking stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Help maintain communication with suppliers to follow up on orders, deliveries, and basic coordination tasks.
• Assist in comparing quotes and gathering price information to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Ensure procurement documents and processes follow company guidelines and basic regulatory requirements.
• Help collect and organize purchasing data to support reporting and simple analysis for the procurement team.

Requirements :

Working Hours :  8 : 00am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday)

Salary : RM 2,500 - 3,500
