  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of staff meals for multiple outlets.
  • Support in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily production and events.
  • Pack staff meals for delivery to outlets and ensure proper labeling and portioning.
  • Assist in packing production items for outlets and external orders.
  • Ensure all food handling, storage, and preparation follow hygiene and safety standards.
  • Clean and maintain workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of raw materials, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.
  • Support chefs during large-scale events by preparing and assisting with bulk cooking.
  • Minimize food wastage through proper preparation and storage practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
