Develop sales strategies to expand business in the assigned dealers with sales manager.
Plan sales & marketing activities to strengthen branding awareness / presence in dealers.
Keep abreast with development and competition in dealers; feed this information to respective Heads.
Ensure HQ sales objectives and strategies are carried out at dealer level.
Ensure achieving monthly sales target set by management.
Account Receivables
Responsible to ensure that the accounts receivable’s performance of the branch is up to date and closely monitored.
All accounts receivable must be collected within the stipulated period.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and liaise with Credit Control on AR performance and issues.
Stock Management
Provide accurate sales forecast and maintain healthy stock inventory; follow company guidelines in stock holding.
Maintain and monitor demo stock within company requirement; minimize obsolete and slow-moving stock.
Administration
Ensure daily functions in accordance with company guides and policies; disseminate sales information to dealers and gather market feedback.
Any other duties
Undertake any other responsibility that is given / assigned by the Management and provide support to HODs at all times.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Must be proactive, able to work independently, good interpersonal skills, extrovert, able to work under pressure and committed.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail / General or equivalent.
