This position required to be the single point of accountability (SPA) for the LPG agents & dealership (AD) businesses and PDA holders in Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Northern Johor Region, in ensuring that day-to-day operations and collections are being done within the stipulated KPIs.
Dealership Management
- To Manage, monitor and continuously develop the Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Northern Johor Region Dealers' accounts and act as a single point of accountability (SPA) for those accounts;
- To maintain rapport with local competitors to ensure healthy competition.
- Exploring new business opportunities at non-represented area in Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Northern Johor Region;
- To work closely with HSE & Engineering Team to ensure Dealers' store are well maintained and in full compliance with our HSE standards. This includes store audit and product knowledge / safety training on periodic basis;
- Liaise with GPA to build rapport with respective ministries and government agencies on statutory compliance matters, such as PDA application and enforcement issues.
- Conduct local promotions and community events.
Channel of Trade Management / Network Planning
To assist new dealers to create local network with competitors and own brand dealers in order to create healthy competition and to manage cylinder exchange more effectively;To perform joint visit with Sales Manager-AD and National Sales Manager ("NSM") in his area to create a professional business partnership and mitigate issues due to supply and cylinders constraints;Constantly review and fine-tune the business processes in order to meet the customers' expectation with the least interruption to the operations.Credit and Rebates Management
To effectively & efficiently manage all dealers' accounts to achieve zero outstanding items in credit management;Track and report relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to reflect productivity and efficiency including credit control & cylinder management;Manage all accounting and financial documents especially for Business Incentive Scheme (BIS) and ensure the business process flows are adhered accordinglyTechnical / Functional Competencies
Able to use MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.English and Bahasa Malaysia.Active and aggressive in opening new customers based.Presentable outlook.Experience and Knowledge
Minimum 2 years working experience in experience in handling independent car workshop, spare-parts or oil dealers is an added advantage.Candidates with experience from related Sales industry – Lubricants business / automotive spare-parts / chemical (e.g. workshop lubricants sales, being local or international brands) are encouraged to apply.Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Possess own transport.
