Join our Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Malaysia team within Chemtech Business Unit division as Senior Applications and Proposal Engineer to help us take Chemtech operation to the next level.

Purpose of the Job

• Leads the presentation and development of process solutions, addressing complex technical inquiries and ensuring feasibility.
• Mentor junior engineers, manages customer relationships, and coordinate follow-up and negotiations with sales.
• Leads the development of comprehensive proposals / solutions for complex projects, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders (sales, BD, product, applications) and market / customer demands.
• Involves preparing detailed cost estimates, engaging in contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams and junior engineers to ensure successful tender submissions and alignment with organizational goals
