  • Maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items to ensure that only authorized product are stored in the office-based warehouse
  • Ensuring that all the production staff are following company policies and procedures for inventory control, handling and packaging product
  • Coordinating with other staff members to develop storage and retrieval systems that maximize space efficiency and security of products
  • Reviewing the inventory reports to identify the problems with supply levels or product quality
  • Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange for delivery of products on time, no delay
  • Assisting with office’s equipment maintenance including cleaning and other machinery
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to keep stock at optimal levels
  • Update and maintain internal databases and generate reports as requested by management
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and assist with special projects as needed
  • Creates office-based warehouse tags for carton / pieces of DZI bead received
  • Handles the packing list and / or bill for all the product received into the office-based warehouse
  • Communicates any receiving issues and / or discrepancies to the Stock Coordinator and teams
  • Attached the receiving packing lists to the assigned outlets or branches in database
  • Update the product (DZI) location and change status in database, as required (ie. Pending, Receiving, and etc).
  • Allocates the office-based warehouse receiving time against the product documented on the packing list or BOL
  • Perform other duties as assigned and provide support to the team when needed.
  • Job Requirements :

    • Malaysian only; Chinese preferred due to nature of business.
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same position & field.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Able to travel outstation
    • Willing to work at Publika Shopping Gallery.
    • 5 working days with regular working hours (Mondays – Fridays, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
