- Job Responsibilities :
- Job Sourcing : Utilize various methods to source candidates, including jobboards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcingtechniques.
- Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assesscandidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidatesand hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Candidate Assessment : Administer assessments or tests as necessary toevaluate candidate skills and suitability for specific roles.
- Candidate Engagement : Maintain communication with candidates throughoutthe recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Employer Branding : Promote the organization as an employer of choice throughcompelling job postings, social media presence, and participation in recruitmentevents.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in theapplicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulationsthroughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity(EEO) guidelines.
- Reporting : Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performanceindicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourceeffectiveness.
- Qualifications :
- Experience : minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talentacquisition is preferred.
- Skills : 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interactwith candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesand deadlines.3. Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-drivendecisions.4. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate evaluations anddocumentation.
