We are seeking a Payroll Solutions Support Specialist to support our clients in using Omni’s payroll software effectively. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for payroll-related questions, helping clients troubleshoot issues, configure payroll processes, and understand how to get the most value out of our platform.
This is not a payroll processing role; instead, you will combine your knowledge of Singapore & Malaysia payroll practices with strong problem-solving and communication skills to deliver excellent client support and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring client insights back to improve our payroll solution.
