Job Overview :
As a Customer Service Executive , you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product / service information. This is an exciting opportunity for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers to build a rewarding career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product / service issues.
- Provide accurate information to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with your team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Fluency in Mandarin and / or Cantonese (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .
SPM graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply ( Full training provided).Previous customer service experience in the service industry is a plus.
Office Location : Ara Damansara
Must be willing to work on rotational shifts .
