Working Hours :

  • 5pm to 12.30 am shift (including 1 break)
  • 6 days per week (1 scheduled rest day)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries effectively.
  • Manage customer orders, payments, and transactions in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide support to the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or F&B is preferred.
  • Good communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Willingness to work on noon shift and commit to 6 working days per week.
  • Team player, proactive, and customer-oriented.
