Job descriptionDeliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries effectively. Manage customer orders, payments, and transactions in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations. Provide support to the team and contribute to a positive work environment. Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in related field is an advantage. Prior experience in customer service, retail, or F&B is preferred. Good communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Willingness to work on noon shift and commit to 6 working days per week. Team player, proactive, and customer-oriented.
