Discover the Role

This role involves supporting and delivering client accounting and tax services for TMF Group by ensuring continuous improvement in service quality, timelines, and efficiency. The position requires working within the Client Accounting team to deliver services according to established processes and compliance requirements, while participating in training programs to meet service standards and providing backup support for various accounting and tax tasks, including liaison with auditors and tax agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that service timelines, quality, effectiveness and efficiency are continuously improved in the Client Accounting and Tax Services.
• Assist and support the Client Accounting team in delivery of services to clients of TMF Group.
• Ensure the services are delivered in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with TMF policies and Internal Control requirements.
• Contribute to the Client Accounting and Tax Services team to meet and exceed service standards expected through structured training and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Backup, assist with and perform Client Accounting and Tax Services tasks.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
