Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma in Mass Communication, or any relevant field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in video recording and editing, preferably within a corporate or commercial setting. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging video content. Experience in operating various video recording equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. A portfolio showcasing previous video projects, demonstrating technical skills and creative abilities. Must be willing to work onsite in Butterworth. Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, training videos, and internal communications.
- Edit raw video footage into compelling and engaging final products, incorporating graphics, music, and voice-overs as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with the company's brand and messaging.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies, and recommend new equipment or techniques to improve the quality of our video content.
- Contribute to the development of video style guides and best practices to ensure consistency across all video projects.
