Job Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Handle client communication related to account inquiries, billing, and payment processing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of bank statements and other financial documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in account management and administrative support tasks.Strong client communication and customer service skills.Experience in record keeping and data entry with high accuracy.Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and independently.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Job Benefits
