Project / Site Manager

About the role

This full-time Project / Site Manager position at MH Theme Design Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur provides an exciting opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinating and overseeing the work of subcontractors and tradesmen
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to provide updates and address any concerns
• Identifying and mitigating risks to the successful delivery of the project
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
