Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily operations of our front desk. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, manage the front office team effectively, and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the front office team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage daily tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk\'s appearance, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle cash, billing, and accounting tasks accurately, following company policies.
  • Monitor guest feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
  • Able to travel / Own Transport
