At Swarovski, we seek a Client Service Specialist (Cantonese Speaker) to join a diverse and innovative team. You will work in a rewarding role within a global brand, learning and growing with us.
Responsibilities
- Serves customers in accordance with our Service Level Group specific guidelines.
- Advises customers on the full product range, stock status, product applications, novelties, and related options.
- Handles inbound orders, ensures accurate data input, informs customers about delivery dates / changes, and takes action on deviations.
- Checks customer credit accounts in SAP and coordinates with Credit Management on credit limits and block removals.
- Collaborates with other stakeholders on price adjustments, customer-specific discounts, and payment conditions.
- Ensures goods are shipped according to applicable shipping procedures in coordination with exporting company and involved parties.
- Manages customer complaints and problems promptly and professionally, and advises other involved departments.
- Handles administrative processing of returned goods.
- Maintains accurate data input daily in all systems.
- Communicates effectively with the Sales Team and Head of Sales regarding customer needs, expectations, strategies, and follow-ups from visits.
- Cooperates with the Head of Sales and / or Marketing / Branding on information for (new) products or product applications and coordinates implementation.
- Communicates with PM and HQ on projects, special production requests, and negotiation of lead time or prioritization.
- Liaises with Design office for creation of new motifs.
- Selective outreach to customers to prepare and coordinate visits and fairs for Key Account Managers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar roleDegree in business administration or similar educationCantonese and Traditional Chinese reading, writing, and comprehension skills to support the language specific marketFluent in English and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)Intermediate MS Office knowledgeIntermediate SAP and other relevant tools knowledge (queries creation, reporting)Basic knowledge of Case Management ToolDetail orientation and accuracyService mindset and customer orientationAbility to manage own workload (time management)Analytical skillsUnderstanding of business and end-to-end processesWhat we offer
