ACCOUNT MANAGER (PERAI, PENANG)

Overview

NBRAND (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team in Perai, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships to drive growth and success for our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs
• Negotiate and finalise contract terms to secure new business and expand existing account
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and account activities
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior
• Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
• Identifying industry trends
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
