ERP Application Support Analyst

As a team member you will be contributing to the sustainable supply of rare earth metals which are used in oil & gas, electric vehicles and wind turbines.

We are looking for an ERP Application Support Analyst to join our IT / Business Systems team in KL office. The role is responsible for providing day‑to‑day support for our ERP system, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and ensuring smooth system performance. The successful candidate will also work with business users to improve processes, support ERP upgrades or enhancements, and assist with training and documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide first and second‑level support for ERP system users.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application errors, configuration issues, and data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Support ERP system maintenance activities, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions in compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with business users to identify system improvements and process automation opportunities.
• Document system processes, solutions, and support activities for knowledge sharing.
• Assist in ERP‑related projects such as new module implementations, system integrations, and workflow enhancements.
• Ensure ERP system compliance with company standards, policies, and controls.
