Assistant Quantity Surveyor (URGENT HIRING)

We are expanding and inviting passionate individuals to join our experienced team at our Head Office in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take off quantities, call tenders, and prepare cost estimates.
• Evaluate quotations and assist in award recommendations.
• Prepare Letters of Award, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders.
• Handle subcontractor claims, supplier invoices, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Participate in budgeting, cost control, and project financial tracking.
• Organize and maintain project cost data, tender documents, and drawings.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
