SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Overview

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of project cost control and financial reporting.
• Conduct tendering processes, including preparing bills of quantities and evaluating contractor bids.
• Negotiate and manage subcontracts, supplier agreements, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed monthly valuations and cost reports.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to support project delivery.
• Prepare final accounts and resolve any commercial disputes or claims.
• Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors within the team.
