The Role

As Marketing Head – Malaysia, you will lead the full marketing agenda — from brand strategy and innovation to digital transformation and consumer engagement. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of some of Malaysia’s most loved consumer brands while driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national marketing strategy in line with regional business goals.
• Lead brand development, communications, and go-to-market plans across key categories.
• Champion consumer insights, innovation, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Partner closely with sales, trade, and regional teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Manage agencies, media, and budgets effectively to deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a culture of creativity and ownership.
