As a Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in generating new leads and driving revenue. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to a list of prospects, introducing them to our products / services, and setting the stage for future sales. Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list.
- Clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Identify the needs of potential customers and explain how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our outside sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow all communication scripts and procedures provided, while also adapting to customer responses.
- Stay informed about product features, updates, and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Strong persistence and a results‑oriented mindset.Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate CRM software.Preferred (but not required)
