Location : Seri Kembangan

Working Arrangement : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm); Sat (once in a month, 8.30am-12.30pm)

Remuneration package : Basic salary (RM3,000 ~ RM3,500) + Uncapped monthly commission (average ~RM2,000)

Product : hygiene-related products (portable toilets, sanitation cabins, and cleaning solutions)

Duties & Responsibilities : -

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Promote Company's range of products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and event sectors
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high service satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Submit timely sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements : -

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in industrial or B2B sectors.
  • Prior exposure to hygiene-related products or services is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits. Possess own transport.
  • Mandarin speaker would be preferred due to interaction with Taiwan, China customers (can also consider other race if they can speak, read Chinese well)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

    Pay : RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
