Penerangan pekerjaanWork with clients to understand their business requirements Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions Design solutions that meets clients' need and secure their buy-in Develop, test and ensure client adoption of delivered solution Identify risks / issues, elevate and provide counter measures to mitigate impact to project Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration with other modules / systems. Perform assigned duty and ensure deliverables / responses are provided in a timely and professional manner Coach / lead junior consultants Minimum 8 years of relevant SAP HCM project experience in Payroll At least 4 full cycle SAP HCM implementation project experience Strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions Familiar with project methodology and tools Team player in a culturally diversified environment Willing to learn / cross train to keep abreast of technology trends Able to work independently and elevate when necessary
