About the Role

To perform all the accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivables and accounts payables transactions timely and accurately

What you\'ll be doing

  • Credit Control & Collection : Perform timely credit checks and order processing; ensure accurate and prompt collection postings into the ERP system; manage bank statement filings and resolve unidentified collections weekly; prepare monthly collection forecasts for approval and submission.
  • Update and verify costing for Kitchen Cabinet, Wardrobe, Appliances, and Worktops; ensure accurate variation order updates and costing adjustments.
  • Compute and verify sales commissions for Kitchen Planners.
  • Monitor and verify debtor aging reports.
  • Ensure sales reports and intercompany billings are accurate and submitted on time.

What we\'re looking for

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in credit control, costing, or related finance roles
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) for financial analysis and reporting
  • Sound knowledge of accounts receivable processes, financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Office will be relocating to Sri Petaling by end of this year. Candidates must be open to relocating / willing to work in Sri Petaling.
