Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Servicing specialist. The Client Servicing specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer service, and handling finance-related inquiries. The role involves daily communication with clients, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client interactions
• Customer Satisfaction and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of Finance-related queries
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in the property or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
