Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Start ASAP)

Join Texas Instruments as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements and collaborate across teams in a leading semiconductor company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

• Drive solutions to customer returns
• Act as a bridge between the business unit quality team and the Assembly Test team
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implement solutions
• Lead small cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate root cause analysis and solutions
• Communicate current performance, opportunities, and next steps in internal and external forums
• Interact daily with engineering peer groups inside and outside the fab, and occasionally with external customers
• Serve as the primary contact for the Assembly Test with the business unit quality teams
