Event Strategy & Planning : Develop event concepts, goals, and marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
Marketing & Promotion : Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing, to promote events and build awareness.
Budget Management : Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors.
Logistics & Coordination : Oversee venue selection, catering, AV setup, and other event logistics.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, sponsors, and others.
Content Creation : Develop marketing materials, digital content, and promotional materials for events.
Event Execution : Supervise event setup, oversee the smooth flow of activities, and manage on-site logistics.
Post-Event Evaluation : Analyze event performance, gather attendee feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration : Work with internal teams (e.g., creative, product marketing, sales) and external vendors.
Carry out any other job tasks / assignments as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or direct superior.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing events.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, creative thinking & problem solving skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
