Project Assistant

Penerangan pekerjaanWork closely with Project Manager to ensure productivity. Contribute towards the development and scoping of projects. Assists in the collection, compilation and analysis of data related to the project. Coordinate and schedule project team meetings, as well as update and support meetings with stakeholders. Assists in the coordination / organization of training and other events. Provide support in the execution of project work plans and ensures that the project activities are properly and realistically scheduled, monitored and reported. Assists in the procurement of goods and services. Assists in writing reports and other project related documentation. Check and test software deliveries and releases to ensure they're delivered as expected. Perform other related duties as assigned. Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Project Assistant to join our dynamic team at Zitron Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd. As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our diverse range of projects within the Information & Communication Technology industry. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science or other related fields.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in IT project role.
- Understanding of software development life cycle.
- Skill in project planning and implementation.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with stakeholders.
